Having had a monumentally shit day I wasnt exactly in the mood for making childrens easter hats, but I did promise Kel that I would make one for Callum as he has to take one in to school next week for their Easter service thing… so, I had a plan and off we went into town to get some bits and pieces of card and suitable easter adornments (which we decided in an Ali G stylee looked a bit ’spasticated’) and about 3 hours later the end result looked like this…
All my own work (the hat that is, not the small person wearing it…). See I could have been a Blue Peter presenter after all (which was my goal when I was about 8).Spent most of the evening playing games and tryinjg not to think about the tech graveyard which is currently residing under my stairs. Got a fair bit further in I-Ninja which is cool and then decided a midnight (well 1am to be precise) snack was in order.Just sat here in the quiet typing this when I hear water running in the bathroom. I went to check and the hot tap in the bath room was running, not dripping, but actually running. It took at least a couple of full turns to turn it off. Now the bathroom is in earshot of my office and I have been in there to the loo at least a couple of times this evening and it wasnt running then.. they are good taps and lets face it, taps don’t turn themselves on do they….Hmmmm…Cool!
